Mary Ojo-Carons, MD

I'm a board-certified physician with a focus on women's health.

About me

I'm a board-certified physician with a focus on women's health. I earned my MD from Georgetown University School of Medicine and completed my residency in obstetrics and gynecology at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, along with a Master of Biomedical Science from Rutgers University. Across more than 15 years in medicine, I've built my practice around a simple belief: patients make the best decisions about their bodies when they truly understand them. I'm passionate about caring for women through every stage of life, and I bring that same commitment to weight management and whole-person care.

Approach to care

I meet every patient as a partner. I take the time to explain things clearly — in a way that's easy to understand and easy to remember — so you leave each visit informed and confident in your care. My goal is to advocate for you, answer your questions honestly, and build the kind of trusting, long-term relationship that supports your health for years to come.
