NYCE PPO Primary Care in New York City

Morningside Medical is a participating provider with NYCE PPO. You don't need a referral, and new patients can book same-day at our Harlem office.

What we accept

  • NYCE PPO for City of New York employees, pre-Medicare-eligible retirees, and their eligible dependents

Referrals

NYCE PPO doesn't require referrals, so you can book directly with any of our clinicians.

What you may pay

The plan's summary for July 2026 through June 2027 lists a $15 copay for a primary care visit, a $30 copay for a specialist visit, and a $20 copay for blood work with a participating provider. Preventive care is listed at no charge. Morningside is a participating provider, not a preferred provider. Ask your insurer what you'll pay for your visit.

Care you can get with NYCE PPO

All of our clinicians are accepting new patients with NYCE PPO. You can see us at our Harlem office or by telehealth, and same-day appointments are available during all open hours.

  • Primary care: annual physicals, preventive screenings, vaccines, and care for ongoing conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure.
  • Same-day care: sudden illnesses and minor injuries, with labs and ultrasound at our office.
  • Rheumatology: arthritis, lupus, gout, and autoimmune conditions, with no referral needed.
  • Women's health: well-woman visits and birth control, including IUDs and implants.
  • Pediatrics: care for infants, children, and teens.

Being in network doesn't mean every service is covered. For example, the plan's summary lists weight loss programs as not covered. Morningside doesn't offer mental health services.
